ABOUT US

Our Instructors:

Frieda instructs Yoga and Music and Movement classes at CMLC. She always found so much joy working with children during her time at Child Care facilities in Wisconsin throughout high school and college. After graduating with a BFA in Dance from UW-Milwaukee Frieda began teaching Ballet to 3-9 year olds as well. Kirsten teaches Yoga and Music and Movement at many of our CMLC locations. She has always loved working with children, and has a passion for preschool age kiddos. She has two girls of her own and is passionate about the importance of a quality education and nurturing young minds.
